MacDonald & Associates advises Horizon Capital and WNISEF on their announced sale of Glass Container Holding to Vetropack Group

WARSAW, POLAND – AUGUST 4, 2020 – MacDonald & Associates is serving as exclusive financial advisor to a group of shareholders led by Horizon Capital, a leading regional private equity firm with over $850 million under management, including managing the investment portfolio of Western NIS Enterprise Fund, on their sale of Glass Container Holding to Vetropack Group.

Glass Container Holding is the leading container glass producer based in Moldova with leading market positions in Romania and Moldova. Vetropack Group is one of the largest European container glass producers based in Switzerland.

The transaction represents one of the most prominent acquisitions announced in Southeastern Europe in the COVID-19 environment to date.
