Internships

MacDonald & Associates runs a year-round internship program directed at students and recent graduates with stellar academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in the financial advisory industry.

Our interns enjoy unparalleled experience and exposure to the deal cycle as well as ongoing mentorship by senior industry professionals. We expect our interns to take on a high level of responsibility and ownership of their work product, and in return, entrust them with complex, interesting and stimulating tasks such as financial analysis, modeling and valuation, deep-dive industry research and drafting impactful presentations addressed to senior executives and decision-makers.

We provide a fast-paced learning environment for bright individuals who are adept at critical thinking, working well both in teams and independently and with a drive to succeed. Our work is challenging but highly rewarding, as we provide critical advice to consequential businesses and institutional investors.

Full-time positions

We look to foster talent at all levels, from entry level analysts to senior-level bankers, and provide our employees with a broad range of career and personal growth opportunities by means of facilitating work on projects for top-notch industry and financial sponsor clients in Poland and across Central Europe.

"We have now worked with MacDonald & Associates on several projects, and have been very pleased with the quality of corporate finance advice and services. They especially thrive in intricate, challenging projects, managing to tackle with calm and creativity the inevitable complexities of M&A transactions.
I am very pleased to see that MacDonald & Associates has decided to expand operations to provide M&A and capital raising services to Ukrainian and Moldovan entities specifically.
I think the experience and quality of service developed over more than 30 years in Poland will make MacDonald & Associates an excellent partner for parties such as Horizon Capital.
Our firm shares the mission to bring more foreign investors and capital into Ukraine and Moldova to help in the continuous transformation of these economies despite the challenges presented by the current war and geopolitics.
We would look forward to close cooperation with MacDonald & Associates in the future.

Sincerely,

Vasile Tofan
